Responsibilities

Provide professional advice on M&A, Joint Venture, and fundraising to clients based in Japan and Southeast Asia.

Provide potential targets for our clients to realize their strategic objective

Advise on negotiating terms & conditions

Advise clients on deal structuring

Calculation of transactional values

Overall support for cross border M&A transactions
REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
◆Vice-President Level
-
More than 5 years of experience in M&A advisory within a professional service firm, investment bank, or securities firm

Strong project management and proven business development records
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Extensive valuation and modeling skills are required
-
Business level English is essential
-
Business level Japanese preferred (not essential)

Experience in project management of cross-border projects preferred

Documentation skill of Microsoft Office is essential
◆Associate Level
-
2 ~ 5+ years of experience in M&A advisory within a professional service firm, investment bank, or securities firm, or in related fields such as private equity fund or strategic consulting

BA degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred

Extensive valuation and modeling skills are required

Business level English is essential
